Sales Account Manager (Digital Marketing)

About the role

Racing Line Advertising Agency is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive growth in digital marketing services. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals and translating them into clear project briefs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to communicate deliverables, monitor progress, and maintain quality standards.
• Review performance reports, present insights to clients, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Prospect and onboard new clients to expand the agency’s portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft customized proposals and pitches.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in digital marketing account management, client servicing, or related sales roles (agency experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong business acumen with a sales‑driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
