About the role
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that increase market presence and profitability. You will lead a sales team, build strong client relationships, and drive initiatives that improve overall sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance dashboards for senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably within multinational insurance companies.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
