Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

The Search Engine Optimization Specialist will join Respect Marketing Agency’s digital team in El Sheikh Zayed‑October. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on improving the online visibility of our contractor and real‑estate clients through data‑driven SEO strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to uncover high‑potential search terms.
• Perform SEO audits, identify technical issues, and recommend on‑page improvements.
• Optimize meta tags, headings, content structure, and internal linking for better rankings.
• Develop and execute link‑building campaigns to increase domain authority.
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools and produce regular performance reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable SEO results.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Understanding of search engine behavior and current trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field is preferred.
