Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our multi‑business environment. The role involves preparing financial reports, handling month‑end and year‑end closings, and supporting ERPNext implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and statements for multiple companies
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Execute month‑end and year‑end closing activities (balance sheet)
• Conduct cyclical audits
• Assist in ERPNext implementation and year‑end closing

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with ERPNext
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax/zakat regulations
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
• Accounting diploma, finance degree or equivalent; CPA or CMA certification is advantageous
