Senior Architect – Lead Design Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural design projects from concept through detailed design across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing design quality, ensuring compliance with regulations, and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design stages from concept to detailed design.
• Review and validate design drawings, bills of quantities (BOQs), and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants to align project objectives.
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and client requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and designers.
• Monitor project deliverables to guarantee timely and high‑quality output.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design.
• Proven experience with real‑estate developers or construction companies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced use of design tools relevant to architectural projects.
