Senior BIM Architect Engineer

About the role

Tiraz Engineering Consultancy is seeking a Senior BIM Architect Engineer to strengthen its design and technical office in Cairo. The role focuses on producing high‑quality architectural shop drawings and BIM models for projects that follow Saudi Arabian construction standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed architectural shop drawings using BIM tools.
• Create, coordinate, and maintain Revit models for large‑scale projects.
• Ensure all designs comply with Saudi Arabian building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in both construction companies and engineering consultancies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior BIM staff.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in architectural shop drawing production and BIM modeling.
• Proven background working with construction firms and engineering consultancy projects, especially in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian construction codes.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Expertise in BIM modeling and coordination.
• Experience with architectural shop drawings.
