Senior Community Engineer

About the role

The Senior Community Engineer is responsible for overseeing service providers, supervising maintenance activities, and ensuring rapid resolution of technical issues to boost resident satisfaction and community value within a real‑estate development.

Key responsibilities

• Respond professionally to resident inquiries, settle disputes, and resolve issues promptly.
• Receive and route customer complaints to the appropriate department, then follow up to guarantee timely resolution.
• Coordinate and manage events and entertainment activities across departments to increase traffic and client satisfaction.
• Report violations and follow established procedures until they are resolved.
• Handle emergency repair cases that require immediate attention.
• Generate work orders for the maintenance team based on resident feedback and site visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in community management within real‑estate development.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
