Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist

About the role

The Kraft Heinz Company seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the 6 October Factory. You will enhance operational performance, strengthen management system implementation, and build sustainable CI capabilities aligned with the business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of the site CI roadmap in line with business objectives.
• Support implementation and governance of management systems (KHMS / operational excellence framework).
• Translate strategic priorities into structured improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional Kaizen events and improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and structured problem‑solving methods.
• Coach teams on root‑cause analysis, A3 thinking, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Track and validate impact on cost savings, productivity, quality, and service.
• Drive KPI review routines, establish visual management systems, and ensure corrective actions are executed.
• Develop and deliver CI training programs, mentor pillar leaders, and build internal CI capability.
• Promote a CI culture, engage leadership for sponsorship, and ensure sustainability through standardization and audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence, preferably in a production environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (required); Black Belt preferred.
• Knowledge of TPM, project management, KPI tracking, and data analysis tools.
