Senior Copywriter

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors Creative Desk is seeking a Senior Copywriter to craft compelling, on‑brand content across a variety of channels. You will work closely with art directors, strategists, and motion designers to develop integrated campaigns that support Mastercard’s global marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative ideas and write high‑quality copy for brand, campaign, and content initiatives.
• Translate strategic briefs into clear, on‑brand messaging across formats such as scripts, digital, social, video, print, and direct‑response materials.
• Collaborate with art directors, motion designers, and strategists to shape integrated campaigns.
• Manage individual workstreams and deliverables across multiple briefs.
• Present work in internal reviews and client meetings, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Stay informed on cultural, digital, and platform trends to bring fresh thinking into the work.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of copywriting experience in full‑service advertising agencies, in senior creative roles below Creative Group Head level.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual brand and integrated campaign work across social, digital, and multimedia.
• Proven ability to translate strategy and insights into compelling creative work.
• Experience working across multiple channels in a digital‑first environment.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
