Senior Last Mile Coordinator – Imbaba

About the role

Bosta is seeking a proactive Senior Last Mile Coordinator to manage daily pickup and delivery operations in Imbaba. You will act as the bridge between couriers, customers, and internal teams, ensuring accurate tracking, timely dispatch, and smooth cash‑on‑delivery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Receive new pickups from Bosta flyers and verify tracking numbers.
• Enter shipments into the system and update the “Receiving Pickups” sheet.
• Organise daily dispatch, sorting shipments by delivery address.
• Add cash‑collection and refund shipments to courier routes and send routes via the Stars app.
• Process undelivered shipments, capture receiver signatures and IDs for zero‑COD deliveries.
• Obtain signed hard copies for returned shipments from businesses.
• Monitor Stars Wallets to ensure daily COD deposits match collections.
• Make verification calls for undelivered or cancelled shipments.
• Cancel refused shipments in the system and transfer orders exceeding a 24‑hour holding period to the sorting facility.
• Send handover emails to the sorting team with shipment counts, seal numbers, and tracking details.
• Perform related duties as required.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, e‑commerce, or shipping.
• Graduate degree (only graduates are eligible).
