About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex .NET Core applications that meet business requirements.
• Mentor junior and semi‑senior developers, fostering technical excellence.
• Make key architectural decisions and contribute to long‑term project strategy.
• Oversee code reviews to ensure high standards and best practices.
• Evaluate and advocate for new .NET technologies and practices.
• Provide technical insights and recommendations to project managers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with .NET technologies.
• Strong grasp of SOLID principles, clean code, and scalable design.
• Extensive experience with code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in unit testing, integration testing, and maintaining high code coverage.
• Ability to make informed technical decisions for varied use cases.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Advanced level of English.
