Senior Network Engineer

About the role

The Senior Network Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and support of advanced networking solutions. You will ensure high‑quality service delivery, drive technical excellence, and act as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA via ticketing, email, and phone.
• Participate in training sessions to stay current with emerging IT technologies.
• Report critical incidents promptly and provide IT infrastructure support during peak periods or staffing shortages.
• Identify, report, and improve risk areas within IT services.
• Represent the infrastructure team in meetings with staff, vendors, and third parties.
• Serve as officer in charge during planned maintenance or emergencies, including off‑hours.
• Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer, Network Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network communication technology and administration.
• CCNP Enterprise certification (mandatory).
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SD‑WAN and SD‑Access technologies.
• Extensive knowledge of WAN and LAN architectures.
• In‑depth understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols and network security.
• Network troubleshooting and data‑center networking experience (preferred).
• CCNP Enterprise certification.
