Senior Project Manager - Governance & AI/ML

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in governance to lead and deliver AI/ML initiatives. You will work closely with cross‑functional and development teams to ensure governance frameworks are integrated into cutting‑edge projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans for governance initiatives, defining objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Lead execution and implementation of governance projects, coordinating with development, compliance, and stakeholder teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, maintain transparent communication, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Define KPIs, produce regular performance reports, and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement change‑management strategies to facilitate adoption of new governance practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably with a focus on governance.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing projects that involve Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies.
