About the role
The Senior Sales Account Manager will drive new business and nurture existing relationships within the Oil & Gas sector, promoting a portfolio of IT infrastructure and technology solutions. The role blends strategic account management with technical insight to deliver revenue growth and long‑term customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct client meetings and onsite visits to capture technical and business requirements.
- Promote and sell IT infrastructure solutions such as networking, cybersecurity, servers, storage, and data‑center services.
- Collaborate with technical and pre‑sales teams to design suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical/commercial presentations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, reporting, and CRM records.
- Identify up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience managing accounts in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure solutions.
- Proven communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
