About the role
We are looking for an SEO & SEM Executive to lead both organic and paid search initiatives for our growing portfolio of startup and early‑stage brands. The role combines deep technical SEO expertise with hands‑on management of Google Ads campaigns to drive B2B lead generation and improve search visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and continuously optimise organic SEO strategies, including site structure, speed, indexation and on‑page optimisation.
- Manage, monitor and optimise Google Ads and paid‑search funnels to maximise lead‑intent traffic.
- Conduct keyword and competitor research focused on high‑intent B2B queries.
- Track, analyse and report performance metrics across traffic, rankings, conversions and leads using GA4, Search Console and Looker Studio.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimisation.
Required profile
- 4+ years of hands‑on SEO and SEM experience.
- Proven track record in B2B lead generation, preferably for startups or low‑authority domains.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear action plans.
- Experience building search visibility from early‑stage brands.
Required skills
- Technical SEO (site architecture, speed, indexation, on‑page optimisation).
- Google Ads management.
- Google Analytics 4.
- Google Search Console.
- Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Looker Studio for reporting.
