SEO Specialist (Web & Digital Experience)

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to support the day‑to‑day management of our website and digital experience. You will work closely with developers, content creators and marketing teams to ensure the site is accurate, optimized and aligned with our SEO strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update website content through the CMS according to editorial calendars.
• Support SEO implementation, including on‑page optimization and basic performance tracking.
• Monitor traffic, engagement and performance metrics and report insights.
• Identify and escalate website issues or risks promptly.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT and CX teams on digital initiatives and projects.
• Assist in preparing briefs, requirements and reports for website‑related work.
• Support personalization campaigns, A/B testing and UI/UX improvement using analytics tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital, web or related roles.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CMS platforms and website management.
• Understanding of SEO principles and web analytics.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI for reporting.
