Store Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Store Manager for DIOR within Chalhoub, you will lead the store’s business, build a loyal VIP customer base, and ensure the brand’s standards are consistently applied across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, representing the brand’s values in all customer and team interactions.
• Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the customer database to nurture relationships and generate future selling opportunities.
• Stay informed on trends, products and competitors, providing feedback to back‑office teams.
• Leverage both online and offline points of sale, adopting a hybrid approach to maximise sales.
• Provide clear vision and direction to the team, recruiting, developing and retaining talent.
• Foster a positive work environment based on trust, respect and fairness, and communicate employee feedback to leadership and HR.
• Coach team members, promote a growth mindset and monitor development plans.
• Develop an omnichannel mindset, promoting physical and digital touchpoints, clienteling for VIPs and the brand’s e‑commerce initiatives.
• Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers through excellent service and networking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail management with a strong focus on sales performance.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills to convey brand values and engage with VIP customers.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on building long‑term relationships.
• Strong organizational skills to oversee store operations and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
