Student Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Future University in Egypt (FUE) seeks a motivated Student Recruitment Specialist to represent the university to prospective students and their families. You will design targeted enrollment strategies, showcase the campus’s practical learning environments, and manage the full recruitment cycle to meet enrollment goals across all faculties.

Key responsibilities

• Represent FUE at educational fairs, high‑school visits, and community events to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Lead engaging campus tours that highlight the university’s specialized facilities and practical learning approach.
• Use CRM software to track applicant pipelines, analyse enrollment data, and improve conversion rates.
• Provide clear guidance to students and parents on academic programs, admission requirements, and university life.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Academic teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience and align recruitment tactics with faculty goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking leads and metrics in a CRM system.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities, capable of explaining complex academic benefits.
• Data‑driven approach to achieving and exceeding enrollment targets.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
