Supply Chain and Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain and Procurement Specialist will manage end‑to‑end order processes, ensure accurate purchase order tracking, and maintain optimal inventory levels across multiple business units. This role works closely with finance, logistics and procurement teams to drive cost savings and sustain supply continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end order management for third‑party, intercompany and stock transfers.
• Measure and track open PO accuracy, meeting defined targets.
• Run monthly replenishment cycles to keep stock levels healthy for new PO notifications.
• Update inbound delivery information for incoming shipments.
• Negotiate cost reductions using data‑driven insights while preserving service levels.
• Create and update pricing in Outline Agreements and maintain vendor master data (pricing, payment terms, incoterms, units of purchase).
• Support offshore finance teams with R‑Block verification, resolve invoice discrepancies and outstanding payments.
• Assist P2P processes for new SKU creation and implement supplier performance measurement to improve quality and OTIF.
• Monitor monthly inventory costs and adjust purchasing plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with procurement teams across all business units to ensure supply continuity and timely issue resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain within an international environment.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities with a “can‑do” attitude.
• Ability to handle complexity and meet tight deadlines.
