Supply Chain Manager – Lead Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations, covering planning, procurement, logistics, and warehousing. You will shape and execute strategies that boost service levels, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all supply chain functions, ensuring seamless coordination between planning, procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimise costs and enhance operational performance.
• Monitor, analyse, and act on supply chain KPIs to meet business objectives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to foster a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CSCP or CPIM are highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience, with significant leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience in the cement, mining or metals industry.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
