Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Real Estate (New Cairo)

About the role

Aro Investment is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead hiring for its commercial and residential real‑estate divisions in New Cairo. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of real‑estate positions.
• Coordinate assessments, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and manage offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline aligned with business needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Post jobs on relevant platforms, leverage LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate candidate records, and support employer‑branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting, preferably within real‑estate or a related sector.
• Strong interviewing skills, including structured and competency‑based techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to fair, inclusive, and non‑discriminatory hiring practices.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
• Experience using LinkedIn for talent sourcing.
• Familiarity with job boards and social‑media recruiting tools.
