About the role
We are looking for an English‑speaking Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and presenting qualified IT professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with and pre‑screen at least 10 candidates daily.
- Build and maintain an inventory of qualified IT consultants and permanent candidates based on market trends.
- Track and regularly update applicant information in our databases.
- Develop relationships with Infotek and client marketing teams.
- Evaluate job orders, clarify requirements and qualify candidates for specific IT roles.
- Submit a minimum of 10 candidate resumes per day via email or the Infotek job order system.
- Proactively send at least 5 candidate profiles to client Marketing Managers each day.
- Conduct interviews via telephone, Microsoft Teams or email.
- Confirm candidate availability and arrange interviews with potential clients.
- Negotiate contract terms for both contract and full‑time placements.
- Assist with business development activities such as building prospect lists, cold‑calling and promoting HRBrain services.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Experience in high‑volume technical recruitment.
- Strong ability to evaluate job requirements and match candidate qualifications.
- Excellent organizational and relationship‑building skills.
