Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

BirdNest is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its fast‑growing property‑management business in Egypt. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and onboard top talent across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure strong role and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates and insights.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives to position BirdNest as an employer of choice.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a high‑growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize effectively.
• Experience recruiting across diverse functions and seniority levels is a plus.
