Technical Support Advisor – English Speaker (Cairo)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Technical Support Advisor to join our call‑center team in New Cairo. The role involves providing first‑line assistance for mobility‑related issues, handling inbound customer calls, and ensuring a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in English.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to mobile devices and services.
• Document interactions and ticket details in the call‑center system.
• Achieve daily and monthly KPIs, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other support teams to escalate complex cases.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Recent graduate or dropout (no gap years).
• Valid military service certificate.
• Ability to provide all required documents within 30 days.
• Clear criminal record within three days of request.

Required skills

• Mobile device troubleshooting.
• Technical support in a call‑center environment.
