Telesales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist to join our growing team. In this position you will drive sales growth by contacting prospects, nurturing leads and converting opportunities into customers through professional phone‑based interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers via outbound and inbound phone calls.
• Present and promote our construction‑technology software solutions clearly and confidently.
• Follow up on leads, handle objections and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or inside sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to handle objections professionally.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency with CRM tools.
• Microsoft Word.
• Microsoft Excel.
