About the role

ATEB Group is seeking a Trucking Sales Executive to join its Alexandria office. The role focuses on driving sales of trucking and logistics services, building client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients in the trucking and logistics market.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads across Egyptian ports and container trucking operations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Design customized logistics solutions that align with customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in trucking, logistics or shipping sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian ports and container trucking operations.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long‑term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
