Warehouse Operative – Junior Role

About the role

We are looking for a junior Warehouse Operative to support daily store and warehouse activities at Chalhoub Group. The role focuses on accurate inventory handling, efficient picking and packing, and strict adherence to health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders with precision.
• Check, dispatch and load outgoing shipments according to documentation.
• Perform warehouse tasks such as scanning, labeling, wrapping and stock handling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.
• Support stock replenishment, cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Investigate and report stock variances, damages or defects.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Use warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
• Follow all HSSE policies and report incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution centers, retail operations or inventory management.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
