About the role
The Warehouse Specialist & Administrator will manage the flow of medical supplies and equipment within a dedicated storage facility. This role ensures that inventory is accurate, up‑to‑date, and compliant with safety and expiration standards while supporting the logistics team in daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Order, receive, and verify all incoming medical supplies and equipment.
- Arrange, store, and maintain optimal inventory levels for all items.
- Rotate stock and monitor expiration dates to prevent waste.
- Maintain computerized records of inventory with high accuracy.
- Supervise and assist with loading, transportation, and delivery of requested supplies.
- Collect and return cancelled or damaged items to vendors.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a medical environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep precise records.
- Flexibility and presentable demeanor for interacting with internal teams and external vendors.
- Hands‑on experience with receiving, stocking, and delivering medical supplies.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with computerized record‑keeping systems.
