About the role
The Accommodation Attendant is responsible for managing employee housing within a hotel that belongs to the Accor network. The role ensures that the housing area is safe, well‑maintained, and used efficiently by eligible staff members.
Key responsibilities
- Protect and monitor the proper use of supplies in the housing area.
- Allocate housing to eligible employees and prevent unauthorized occupants.
- Supply and charge employees for housing provisions.
- Oversee cleaning, fire safety, and overall security of the housing.
- Maintain accurate lists of occupants, plan allocations, and report any violations.
- Identify and report maintenance needs or breakdowns promptly.
- Prepare rooms, change bedding on scheduled days, and manage spare keys.
- Ensure foreign guests and relatives stay only with management approval.
- Deliver exit documentation and collect supplies from departing employees.
- Model appropriate behavior, conduct, and appearance for colleagues.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- Minimum primary school diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar housing or facilities role.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Turkish and Arabic.
- Relevant training or courses in housing management or related fields.
- Computer literacy not required.
