Account Manager – AI‑Driven Campaign Strategist

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager who blends client partnership with AI‑enhanced campaign strategy. You will own the client relationship, drive growth, and ensure flawless execution of digital advertising initiatives while leveraging generative AI tools daily.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact, understand client KPIs, and identify upsell, expansion, and renewal opportunities.
• Plan, launch, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, monitoring CPA, CPL, ROI and removing roadblocks.
• Collaborate with design teams to create high‑performing assets, using AI to draft briefs, generate copy and iterate concepts.
• Conduct weekly performance deep‑dives and deliver monthly reports that translate data into actionable business insights.
• Maintain daily dashboard reviews, coordinate with internal teams via Slack and ClickUp, and manage client renewals and creative refreshes on a monthly cadence.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of agency or client‑facing account management experience with a proven record of retention and growth.
• Strong data‑driven mindset; comfortable working with spreadsheets and performance dashboards.
• Proficient in project management tools and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
