Account Manager – English Speaking (Europe focus, Cairo-based)

About the role

As an Account Manager you will grow Agoda’s supply network by remotely managing a portfolio of mid‑tail hotel partners across Europe, ensuring high engagement and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of 75–100 mid‑tail hotels.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships remotely via calls, emails and virtual meetings.
• Drive improvements in key supply metrics (SHS, DS, Pvar, AV) by analysing performance and recommending solutions.
• Activate Agoda products and promotions for partners, track deal performance and document outcomes.
• Use Agoda’s digital tools such as Avaya, HubSpot and Playbooks for outreach, logging and reporting.
• Ensure at least 90 % portfolio coverage each quarter, prioritising under‑performing properties.
• Participate in training to stay updated on new tools, processes and best practices.
• Act as the point of contact for partner escalations within the assigned portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience in account management, business development or supply/e‑commerce.
• Strong relationship‑management and negotiation skills with proven B2B success.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Comfortable with digital‑first work, including remote portfolio management and CRM tools.
• Self‑driven, organised and able to manage a large portfolio independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to hold multiple partner conversations daily.
• Quickly adapt to evolving workflows, tools and business priorities.
