Account Manager (Field & Operations Focus)

About the role

bluworks is looking for a high‑energy Account Manager who thrives in the field and can drive adoption of our workforce technology directly with clients. You will act as the face of the company, building strong relationships through frequent onsite visits and hands‑on implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular onsite visits to client headquarters, factories and branches across Cairo and other governorates.
• Lead physical rollout of the solution, ensuring rapid time‑to‑value and seamless integration into daily operations.
• Provide flexible support during clients’ peak hours, including evenings and shift work.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities during site visits and business reviews.
• Gather on‑the‑ground feedback and relay it to Product, Sales and Tech teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Field Sales or a comparable client‑facing role.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time within Egypt, including industrial or remote locations.
• Ability to adapt working hours to client schedules, including late‑day meetings.
• Proven track record of owning relationships and delivering measurable growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and storytelling abilities.
