Accounts Receivable Accountant – Entry Level

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Accountant will manage client invoicing, collections and reporting to support healthy cash flow and compliance across TTG’s global operations. You will work closely with project, sales and finance teams to ensure accurate billing in multiple currencies and align with contractual terms.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue client invoices based on approved project delivery reports, ensuring correct rates, discounts, taxes and payment terms.
• Monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding balances, communicate with clients and escalate overdue accounts.
• Reconcile client accounts, maintain AR ledgers, and produce monthly AR reports, DSO tracking and collection forecasts.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Sales and Finance to validate billable items, support revenue recognition and assist audits.
• Maintain data accuracy in ERP systems, contribute to automation initiatives and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in service‑based or localization companies.
• Fluent English (written & spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, high integrity and ability to handle high transaction volumes.

Required skills

• Invoicing and receivables management.
• Account reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo or Zoho.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation tracking).
• Understanding of multi‑currency billing and international client handling.
