About the role
The Air Freight Import Operations Associate supports the efficiency and accuracy of our air freight import logistics. You will provide essential administrative and clerical assistance, coordinate daily logistics activities, and ensure smooth communication within the team.
Key responsibilities
- Handle office tasks such as data entry, document management, and filing.
- Coordinate import shipments, track documentation, and liaise with carriers and internal stakeholders.
- Support the logistics team by preparing reports, updating systems, and monitoring key performance indicators.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
