Appointment Setter - German Speaking

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, placing candidates directly with startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies and tech-enabled businesses. It is recruiting a high-energy, articulate Appointment Setter for a fast-growing B2B sales organization. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, bridging initial interest and closed deals, and will speak German and English fluently.

Key responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify B2B leads.
• Manage a steady pipeline of prospects with timely follow-ups and careful lead tracking.
• Navigate complex corporate structures to reach key decision-makers.
• Explain the value proposition clearly, overcome objections and generate interest.
• Schedule qualified discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team.
• Keep accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Native or near-native German (C1/C2) and full professional English.
• Proven experience in B2B appointment setting, telemarketing or inside sales.
• High energy and productivity in a high-volume cold-calling environment.
• Strong communication, active listening and persuasion skills.
• Good organization and ability to handle a demanding daily workflow.
