Telesales Specialist - E-Payment Solutions

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is hiring a Telesales Specialist in Maadi to sell its e-payment solutions. The role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and is full-time and onsite, working 9 AM to 5 PM with Fridays and Saturdays off.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails and other outreach methods.
• Communicate the benefits and features of the e-payment solutions to prospective clients and address their needs and concerns.
• Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Build strong client relationships to secure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings and market conditions to spot sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Work with the sales team and other departments to improve customer experience, and gather client feedback to improve products and strategies.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Good English.
• Gender: males.

Required skills

• Excellent command of Excel, Word and PowerBI.
• Technical skills: lead generation and prospecting tools, data and analytics, process and workflow management.
• Soft skills: communication, relationship building, resilience and stress management, time management and organization.
