About the role

We are seeking an Arabic (Gulf) linguistics expert to join Project Lyra as a Quality Control Specialist. You will evaluate AI‑generated Arabic text, ensuring linguistic accuracy, grammatical correctness, and cultural relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Arabic (Gulf) text for accuracy, grammar, and cultural appropriateness.
• Identify issues and rewrite responses to improve output quality.
• Create natural prompts and responses to enrich conversational datasets.
• Collaborate with global teams to enhance AI language model performance.

Required profile

• Strong academic or professional background in linguistics.
• Native or professional proficiency in Arabic (Gulf) with excellent written communication.
• Deep understanding of grammar, linguistic structures, and cultural nuances.
• Experience in language review, evaluation, or similar tasks.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
