Architectural BIM Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Architectural BIM Team Leader to head the BIM production team on large‑scale commercial and mixed‑use projects. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality architectural shop drawings and BIM models while ensuring compliance with project standards and BIM Execution Plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Architectural BIM/Shop Drawing team across multiple projects.
• Prepare and deliver detailed architectural shop drawings using Revit.
• Coordinate shop drawings with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Develop, enforce, and continuously improve BIM standards, workflows, and production procedures.
• Review and approve BIM models, shop drawings, and construction documentation for accuracy.
• Participate in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination meetings using Navisworks and BIM 360/ACC.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, LOD requirements, BEP, and ISO 19650.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training to BIM team members.
• Support construction and site teams with shop drawing updates and coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 12+ years of experience in Architectural BIM and shop drawing production.
• Proven leadership of BIM/Shop Drawing teams on large commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit for architectural shop drawings.
• Hands‑on experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, LOD, and BIM Execution Plans.
