Architectural Technical Office Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technical Office Manager to join our team at our Assiut Branch. The successful candidate will manage the architectural technical office activities, ensuring timely and accurate preparation, review, and submission of technical documents throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Architectural Technical Office team.
• Review and coordinate architectural shop drawings, construction details, and technical documents.
• Ensure all technical submissions comply with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Site, and Project Management teams to resolve technical issues.
• Review material submittals, technical specifications, RFIs, and consultant comments.
• Monitor the preparation and submission of shop drawings, as‑built drawings, and other technical deliverables.
• Review quantities and coordinate with relevant teams regarding material requirements.
• Ensure the technical office delivers all required documents within project deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Architectural Technical Office work.
• Proven experience in managing or leading a Technical Office team.
• Strong knowledge of architectural construction details, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under project deadlines.
