About the role

The Contract Administrator will manage daily contract and claim activities throughout the construction lifecycle, ensuring proper preparation, review and administration of contracts. The role involves risk analysis, coordination with contract specialists, and handling post‑award activities up to project close‑out.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate with contract specialists and head‑office staff for guidance and support.
Perform risk analysis for assigned projects and submit review reports.
Administer contracts to ensure compliance with terms, handling sub‑contracts, RFIs, variation orders and claims.
Prepare and process variation orders, client correspondence, and approval letters.
Verify invoice accuracy, review payments and maintain comprehensive contract documentation.

Required profile

BSc in Construction Management or Engineering (Architecture/Civil).
3‑5 years of experience in contract administration or a related construction field.
Good command of English language.
