Architecture BIM Coordinator

About the role

The Architecture BIM Coordinator will work on‑site in Cairo, supporting Mushor Engineering Consultancy in delivering high‑quality digital design solutions. This full‑time position focuses on coordinating architectural BIM models, ensuring they align with project standards and interdisciplinary requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, review, and update architectural BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve clashes and coordination issues.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to BIM workflows and standards.
• Support design teams by providing BIM‑related guidance and troubleshooting.
• Participate in project meetings to communicate model updates, technical constraints, and coordination needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of digital design and integration processes.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in architecture and architectural design, with ability to interpret detailed design documents.
• Experience in BIM coordination on complex building or infrastructure projects, preferably within a consultancy or project‑management environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit.
• Proficiency with Navisworks.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
