Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

About the role
The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage will lead the F&B division of Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza, ensuring world‑class service and memorable guest experiences. This senior position reports to the Director of Food & Beverage and works closely with hotel leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
- Manage and develop both managers and frontline staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and brand standards across all venues.
- Collaborate with culinary, sales and events teams to create seamless guest experiences.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong leadership, coaching and team‑building abilities.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional, personalized service.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
