Assistant Team Leader - Budgeting and Analysis

About the role

Juhayna Food Industries is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support budgeting, cost analysis and financial reporting across its dairy and juice operations. You will work closely with the section head to ensure accurate data collection, analysis and presentation that drives financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Extract sales data (tons, quantity, revenue) for Tiba and factories.
• Calculate factory COGS using standard rates and allocate variance accounts (price, consumption, local adjustments, stock revaluation).
• Determine SG&A expenses as a percentage of accounts and analyse cost drivers such as transportation.
• Consolidate P&L by SKU, segment and market (local & export) and prepare profitability reports.
• Produce marketing spend analysis, TPR and free‑goods reporting per SKU.
• Support KPMG and IR departments with EBITDA and segment profitability analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Juhayna Group policies, regulatory rules and procedural requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel.
• Ability to produce high‑quality analytical reports.
