Associate Manager - People & Organisation

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions is looking for an Associate Manager - People & Organisation in Cairo. The role supports the delivery of HR initiatives and day-to-day people operations, partnering with managers and employees to manage employee lifecycle processes, give guidance on HR policies and help implement talent and engagement programs aligned with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• P&O operations: run HR initiatives and employee lifecycle processes in line with policies, timelines and standards.
• Business partnering: act as first point of contact for managers and employees, resolve routine people matters and escalate complex issues.
• Talent management: coordinate performance, talent and succession processes, support development plans and training.
• Employee experience: run engagement programs, coordinate surveys, track action plans and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Organizational support: maintain organizational data, support restructuring and workforce planning, and keep HR documentation accurate.
• Talent acquisition and rewards: assist with recruitment, interviews, hiring, merit cycles, promotions, salary reviews and work with Total Rewards.
• Employee relations and analytics: handle queries, support employee relations cases, keep HR data accurate, prepare reports and dashboards.
• Projects: support HR projects, improve processes and standardize procedures.

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in HR.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field.
• Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Team player with agility and stakeholder management.
