Associate Product Manager – GIT Therapy Area

About the role

Incandesce Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Product Manager for its Gastro‑Intestinal (GIT) therapy area. You will be based at the Cairo headquarters and will report to the Group Product Manager, driving commercial performance and product strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver strategic and operational plans throughout the product life‑cycle to optimise return, monitor performance, and define corrective actions.
• Manage brand budgets, forecast expenses, evaluate cost‑effectiveness, and track sales, market share and distribution data.
• Develop and validate differentiated product positioning and compelling customer propositions.
• Engage with internal and external partners such as salesforce, physicians, payers and patient groups to execute integrated activities aligned with strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in the GIT therapy area.
• Life‑Science degree (Pharmacy, Veterinary or Science); postgraduate marketing qualification is a plus.
• Fluent English proficiency and professional knowledge of MS‑Office.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and a drive for results.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with strong collaborative orientation.
