About the role

The Business Development Manager – New Business will own revenue generation for Asl AlHolool in Cairo. This field‑based role focuses on outbound prospecting, solution design and closing retainer contracts for digital media services.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain a target list of medium and large enterprises, conduct research and open doors through outreach, networking and events.
Run structured discovery meetings, diagnose client needs, design integrated solutions and write tailored proposals.
Present and defend proposals to decision‑makers, manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.

Required profile

University degree (any major) with a good graduation grade.
4–7 years of B2B sales or business development experience, proven record of winning new clients in the Cairo market.
Experience selling services/retainers to medium and large enterprises and presenting commercial proposals.
