Automation QA Engineer – Web, Mobile & API Testing

About the role

Bosta is looking for a Software Quality Engineer specialized in automation to ensure the reliability of its web, mobile, and API platforms. You will design, develop, and maintain automated test suites, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help deliver high‑quality releases on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated tests for web, mobile, and REST APIs.
• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks using tools such as Cypress and Selenium.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Report, track, and retest defects; perform root‑cause analysis and regression testing.
• Collaborate with Development, Product, Design, and Operations in an Agile environment to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.
• Mentor junior QA team members and promote best testing practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
