About the role

We are looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Sales Team Leader to join our growing team in Maadi, Cairo. This full‑time hybrid position combines strategic sales leadership with deep digital‑marketing expertise to drive revenue for our software and real‑estate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build, lead and mentor a team of B2B sales professionals.
• Design and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop and manage sales pipelines for digital‑marketing and software solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Analyse digital‑marketing performance data and report insights.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align sales goals with business initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in B2B digital‑marketing sales and team leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; certifications are a plus.
• Owns a car (preferred) and real‑estate experience is an advantage.
