B2B Sales Representative (Outbound Closer)

About the role

A global AI service-provider enablement platform is hiring, on behalf of one of its high-growth partners, a full-time remote B2B Sales Representative (Cold Email Outbound Closer). The role converts outbound-generated leads into qualified opportunities, runs executive-level sales conversations and closes mid-to-high-ticket deals. Fluency in English and confidence in executive communication are mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery and sales calls with outbound prospects
• Execute the full sales cycle: qualification, discovery, demo, negotiation and close
• Convert cold email leads into revenue opportunities using structured qualification frameworks
• Handle objections and lead commercial negotiations
• Deliver ROI-focused product demonstrations and send proposals
• Manage follow-ups and secure signed agreements
• Maintain a healthy pipeline, update the CRM daily and spend about 1 hour per day on sales administration
• Provide end-of-day pipeline reporting and work with the SDR and leadership teams to optimise outbound performance

Required profile

• 2-3+ years of proven B2B sales experience with documented quota achievement
• Full-cycle sales experience (mandatory)
• Strong outbound experience (cold email/cold outreach) and closed mid-to-high-ticket deals
• Consultative, not transactional, selling approach
• Fluent English (a must-have)

Success metrics

• 6+ discovery calls per day, 15+ sales calls per week
• 60%+ conversion from discovery to sales call, 25-30% from sales call to closed deal
• 15 deals closed per month and 100%+ quota attainment
