About the role
We are looking for a Back Office Application Support Engineer to join our team in Cairo. The role focuses on maintaining and supporting the Hospital Information System (HIS) back‑office modules, ensuring smooth operation for end users.
Key responsibilities
- Configure system settings and master data for HIS back‑office modules.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely end‑user support.
- Generate operational and management reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve incidents.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience with HIS, ERP or other healthcare applications.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
